I am lucky to have extensively traveled with my family through China, Europe, and Southeast Asia with guides, but my love of travel was born after I embarked on a horseback riding journey in Mongolia that was unlike any other. I got to witness the vast, unspoiled grasslands that stretched on endlessly. It was then that I realized the true meaning of traveling. Since that memorable trip, I prefer to plan and travel with companions, exchanging ideas and viewpoints without the need for a guide.
Whenever I travel alone, I like to seek out architectural landmarks. I am deeply fascinated by architecture and enjoy observing how these structures coexist with the environment and natural surroundings. This passion for architecture has also drawn me to Japan, where I am captivated by its culture, architectural styles, and attitude towards nature. With the exception of the Covid-19 period, I visit Japan every year to indulge in its rich culture.

As a curious and analytical individual, I am fascinated by the complex societal phenomena that shape our world today. I believe that understanding the underlying structures and systems that govern our societies is essential to addressing the challenges we face and creating positive change. To deepen my knowledge in this area, I enjoy reading a wide range of social science books that offer insights into topics such as power dynamics, inequality, and cultural shifts. Through my reading, I hope to gain a deeper understanding of the world around me and contribute to meaningful conversations about how we can create a more just society.

Sharing a meal with friends and family is one of my greatest pleasures. Whether I am trying a new restaurant, cooking at home, or exploring local food markets, I feel happiest when I discover a flavor I have never encountered before. I am especially drawn to food made with seasonal ingredients. It is not only about taste, but about feeling connected to nature and noticing how each season subtly reshapes what feels possible on a plate.
What I enjoy most is bringing those discoveries back to the people I care about. When I learn a new technique, encounter a distinctive cuisine, or come across the story behind a dish, I naturally want to share it. I cook for friends, recommend places with a few thoughtful reasons, or quietly explain why a particular bite tastes the way it does. In the end, food becomes for me the simplest way to share a sense of understanding.
I also enjoy learning about the history and cultural meaning behind different cuisines and beverages. From the origins of classic dishes to the traditions of tea ceremonies, I find it meaningful to understand the stories and customs that shape how people eat and drink. As a particular enthusiast of tea, I like to slow down and savor each sip as a quiet form of meditation. For me, tea is not just a beverage. The simple act of brewing and drinking a cup of tea helps me be present, feel grateful, and return to the small pleasures that bring calm into my life.
